To help you eliminate unauthorized sellers on Amazon listings, we strongly recommend that you, as the brand owner, take immediate control by implementing, communicating, and enforcing a strict seller agreement. This agreement should include a «No Amazon» clause, which all your current distributors must sign. Once this is established, existing sellers will be reminded of the restriction whenever they try to restock and will understand that they can no longer sell on Amazon. Additionally, any new unauthorized sellers appearing on your listings can be sent a «cease and desist» letter, reminding them that they are violating your brand’s seller agreement.
As the brand owner, you should designate a trusted partner to represent your brand on Amazon. We at JOYHOME BRAND TEAM propose becoming your Amazon FBA partner. Here’s how we can help:
- We will purchase inventory directly from you and send it to Amazon’s fulfillment centers, ensuring Amazon Prime buyers receive your products within 1–2 days.
- Your Amazon sales will likely increase, as your listings will be optimized for Prime buyers, with faster shipping through Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA).
- We will manage your inventory on Amazon, so you don’t have to worry about the logistics.
- Our team will also enhance your listings with improved images, bullet points, and descriptions to boost visibility and conversion rates.
- We can assist with additional Amazon services, such as registering your brand with Amazon Brand Registry, managing expectations, and running Amazon ads.
By choosing to work with us, we become more than just a reseller—we become your partner, focused on growing your Amazon presence. We are confident that our expertise will match or exceed the current combined buying volume of your sellers, while also bringing value through professional management and optimization of your product listings.

When you sell as an Amazon Vendor (1P), you are selling directly to Amazon. You invoice Amazon for your products, and they pay you based on the terms you’ve negotiated. From there, Amazon takes full control of your listings, pricing, and promotions.
As a 3rd Party (3P) seller, however, you’re not selling to Amazon, but on Amazon. This means that either you or your designated partner (such as JOYHOME LLC) manages everything—from product listings to advertising and logistics. There are several «moving parts» involved to ensure your products perform well on the platform.
Now here’s the BIG difference between 1P and 3P…
When you sell through Amazon as a 1P seller, Amazon typically does not adhere to your Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) policies. This can result in price drops below your MAP, frustrating your brick-and-mortar retail partners and potentially harming your brand’s pricing integrity.
With JOYHOME LLC as your 3P partner, we guarantee that your MAP pricing will always be respected. Our contract with you will explicitly state this commitment. Failing to maintain MAP would breach our agreement, and we take that responsibility seriously.
No, we do not charge any fees. JOYHOME is an online retailer and your customer. We make bulk purchases of your products, taking ownership of the inventory, and then resell them through eCommerce platforms like Amazon.com. Our profit comes from the margin on those sales.
This business model creates a perfect alignment of our goals with yours. When we succeed, you succeed—making it a true win-win partnership.
When we partner with a manufacturer or brand owner, JOYHOME takes full responsibility for managing all listings where we are the seller. This includes:
- Creating and optimizing listings
- Managing product images
- Writing copy (titles, bullet points, descriptions)
- Running promotional campaigns (e.g., Amazon Sponsored Ads)
- Conducting keyword research to enhance visibility
- Handling all customer interactions and managing relations with Amazon
Our goal is to ensure that every aspect of the product listing and marketplace management is handled efficiently, allowing you to focus on your core business.
We will communicate with you as regularly as necessary via whatever means is most suitable for you, including
- Phone
- Skype

Sometimes a contract is warranted. But we are most flexible and open to a simple handshake or an outline of our responsibilities via email. In any case, a small market test is usually preferred before committing to a contractual relationship.
Let us prove that we can be a trusted partner to handle as little or as much as you’d like to manage commerce channel(s).
Yes, depending on the nature of your products and brand(s). Your brand may be new, and you haven’t yet listed them on Amazon. In such cases, we need to discuss the growth prospects of your new line of products to determine if there is ample opportunity for us to partner together.

No. We order from you in bulk, and you will ship to one or more prep/pack/ship centers strategically located across the U.S. They will do any necessary prep/packing needed and then send the inventory to Amazon’s warehouse(s), so they can handle the order fulfillment. This is called “Fulfilled by Amazon” (FBA).
Drop shipping may make more sense if we are selling heavy or oversized products. But this will not be typical.
No, we do not require exclusivity. Instead, we focus on continuously purchasing products from suppliers to achieve three main goals:
- Meet our margin, profitability, and growth objectives.
- Demonstrate our value as a reliable partner, building your confidence in our capabilities.
- Establish a successful partnership that eventually earns your trust, leading to potential exclusivity as a preferred Amazon FBA seller.
Additionally, exclusivity doesn’t need to cover all your products. We can start with a market test, collaborating on 1, 2, or 3 products initially. As our partnership grows and you become more comfortable, we can expand the number of products we manage together.

When you establish an exclusive relationship with JOYHOME Brand Team as your sole 3rd party seller, we treat each product listing as if it were our own. As the only authorized seller, we can fully invest in optimizing, marketing, and promoting the product listing, ensuring that the resulting increase in sales benefits both of us directly.
With multiple sellers on a single listing, no individual seller has the incentive to invest significant effort into improving the listing. The results of their work would be diluted and shared among all sellers, leading to minimal returns. By working exclusively with us, we can focus all our energy on driving results that maximize both sales and brand growth.
